Mosaique Organic Rosé IGP 2023

An intriguing mix of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah from Provence make up this pleasing Rosé. Malolactic fermentation has been blocked to add to the zippy freshness and vibrant acidity. A very pale pink colour here, the nose offers florals, herbs, red fruits and a chalky backing. A gentle and subtle style, seamless and mid-length, with a touch of fruit sweetness to help fill out the mid-palate. A most enjoyable Rosé for drinking now.
