Moss Brothers Fidium Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A really impressive Cabernet from the Margaret River region. The colour is a deep red/vibrant purple mix. Nose of chocolate, bergamot, cloves, blackberries, bay leaves, cassis and more chocolate. Nicely balanced and with excellent length, there is good intensity throughout. These guys might not be one of the region’s big names but they are making some cracking Cabernet illustrated by good concentration and very fine tannins. Drink over the next ten years, over which time expect the score to rise.
