Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Shiraz 2021

Share

An excellent vintage of Langi Shiraz which delivers tightly controlled aromas of tarry, liquorice, roasted meats against a backdrop of powdered cocoa complexity. A muscular palate follows – chewy, chunky and granitic with a strong tannin backbone to bright and fragrant fruit, all with admirable tension. There is genuine ripeness here kept in check by rivers of chalky tannins and granitic minerality topped off by a finish of exceptional length. All it needs is time.
