Mt. Bera Boundless Horizons Grüner Veltliner 2024

The Adelaide Hills can rightly be viewed as the home of Grüner Veltliner in Australia. The region saw the grape’s potential early and pioneered the style. In 2024, it’s a wonderful year to celebrate the grape that comes to the glass in brilliant canary yellow hues with green tinges. There’s a ripeness and generosity of flavour here in citrus, yellow peach, apple blossom florals and spice with hints of sorrel. Fits in beautifully with a smooth palate, depth of flavour that builds and a creaminess that runs and runs.  So good.
