Munda Walgalu Country Chardonnay 2023

From 740m altitude on basalt and granite soil, this second release looks tighter than its predecessor— fragrant white pear, white as a snowflake. Following are all things citrus and crunchy green fruits, some oatmeal, and delicate sweet spices from the oak. While initially the palate feels lean, some lees work sparkles in the middle like a light in the night. With a bit of temperature, grilled nuts, sweet spices, some nectarines, and beeswax, delivered with a concise finish.
