From the first impression on the nose, the vibrancy and freshness of this Shiraz are evident. A combination of whole berry and whole bunch fermentation in open fermenters, followed by time in French oak puncheons, has resulted in aromas of cherry, plum, spices, and faint peppery notes, with a rose petal fragrance. The palate is seamless, supple, and medium-weight, with wonderful texture, mouthfeel, and intensity. A super delicious wine for medium-term drinking.
