Olea Montepulciano 2025

This one comes from down at Padthaway in South Australia. And it’s a pretty nice take on this Italian variety. Loaded with those plummy, blueberry notes, a dollop of chocolate, and a slightly savory dried herb character. The palate is supple and generous, with a good depth of fruit. And it picks up that typical herby, spicy character of the variety. Ideal as a wine for drinking over the medium term.
