Olea Pinot Noir 2025

This is the most approachable and friendly well-made Pinot Noir from Padthaway. Opens with a fairly typical cherry and raspberry nuance with a touch of spice adding lift. Palate is medium-bodied but with excellent fruit intensity, supported by some fine, silky smooth tannins and a subtle use of oak. A dry, chalky finish balances the sweeter dark fruits in the middle palate. Ideal drinking in the short term.
