Oliver’s Taranga Fiano 2022

This is what summer smells like: fleshy fresh chunks of honeydew and rockmelon, juicy mandarin and pink grapefruit segments, lemon blossoms in the cool of a summer morning and the minerality of pebbles in a trickling stream. The flavours are citrusy and savoury with Tahitian lime, Meyer lemon and a melange of spicy, almost peppery fresh herbs. There’s lovely palate weight, and a silky texture with pink grapefruit acidity. Ultra fresh and moreish, with enough flavour and texture to stand up to spicy curry or shine alongside lighter salads.
