This example boasts gorgeous appeal right from the get go with wafts of sweet morello cherries and berry compote plus meaty stock and earthy tones adding savoury lift. The party continues through a fleshy, ripe palate which displays dark fruits with a couple of shakes of ground spice well supported by supple, well integrated tannins. Bring on the pizza, with the lot.
