Pacha Mama Pinot Noir 2024

Share

Fruit is sourced from two sites in Northern Yarra, Upper Ngumby and Wedgetail. Some cordial like Raspberry and Gala apple are spliced with blackberry leaf and blood plums. A lofty wine with crystalline acidity and some chewy front palate tannins. You are left with a coolness that indicates this is meant for refreshing hot spiced foods like Thai beef salads and hand flapping larb dishes. Could also be served slightly chilled for a very enjoyable picnic wine. Drink one and often.
