I am tentative every year to say this, but if you love Pinot Noir, then this should be your yearly case buy if not multiple cases. This is extreme value and supreme quality. Dancing red flowers, Kangaroo Paw and Rosella, wild strawberries, pink lady apple and cranberries. Billy tea and white peppercorn. Oak spice comes through as cinnamon powder and tannins are mighty and fine. There is some red clay and terra cotta, a raspberry smack to the acidity and once again long flavour and length. Joyous in every way. Dancing in the afternoon sun is the perfect pairing for this wine, or try with some creamy goat cheese and baked tomato jam. Drink now or cellar for 3-4 years further.
