Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir crafted in a gentle, no-fuss expression, aromatic with red cherry and snapped bush twigs, easy on the palate with a softly spiced tone, almost paprika and black pepper, and a little Aperol like sweet-bitter feel towards the finish.
