Parched Crow Rosé 2021

This thoroughly pleasant rosé is made from Hunter Shiraz. The colour is the palest pink. The aromas move through raspberries and rose petals to wild strawberries. A wine of mid-length with a gentle fade, it is a pleasant subtle style with gentle red fruit flavours on the palate. Drink now for two years.
