Passel Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

This classy Cabernet from the cooler 2017 vintage captures so much of the varietal character of this variety. It’s an elegant, more medium bodied Cabernet displaying nice varietal notes on the nose. Leafy, tobacco-like aromas with deeper blackcurrant. The palate is firmish with sinewy tannins; well-structured and defined through to the finish. Just starting to show some of the beautiful, sweet fruit characters of this variety.
