Passel Estate Lot 71 Reserve Syrah 2018

Share

Margaret River is not particularly well known for its Shiraz but this wine jumps out of the blocks and grabs you with its bold fruit against a backdrop of French Oak. It radiates with blackberry and black cherry with some earthy tones and a nice little touch of violets. It’s then quite forceful but measured too rippling with spicy dark fruits before the oak tannins kick in to give a lengthy finish. Already drinking well but will settle down nicely over the next five years.
