Patch Nagambie Lakes Marsanne 2024

Share

Marsanne is such a great grape because, under the right conditions, it starts as something great and matures into something even better. With the Patch version, it’s already starting at a high point. It’s silky, slippery and a touch oily (which I love), with heaps of minerality and acid and a sour lemon feeling on the palate. It’s also incredibly pretty, showing beautiful fresh honeysuckle, lemon, fresh almond, white flowers and peach. It definitely has the legs to age for another 5–10 years but it’s really tough to ignore how great it’s looking right now.
