Patrick Coonawarra P-Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Share

Patrick’s ‘P-Series’ of wines has to be one of the best value offerings you’ll find in the market; in fact, the whole range gives immense bang for buck. The P-Series Cabernet is fresh and juicy but not thin, with surprising heft and palate weight. Given that this is a 2021, the tannins are well integrated and there’s superb balance between the tannin, acid, body and alcohol. Fresh fruit notes of blackberries, herbs and spice pervade the nose and palate, with savoury, aged characters of dark chocolate, leather and black olive. Delicious.
