Peacetree Chardonnay 2021

Bright shimmering gold in colour, this is a well made and generously fruited Margaret River Chardonnay style with weighty aromas of pear and nectarine fruits nicely intertwined with quality oak and savoury barrel ferment touches. The palate is then bright and juicy, with crisp acidity its defining feature supporting citrus flavours well matched to vanilla bean oak before building to a mouthfilling finish. Lots of work has gone in here and it has certainly paid off.
