Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling 2021

A very pale almost watery white colour is followed by a bright, fragrant yet reserved aromatic style that beautifully showcases the cooler Eden Valley climate. There is piecing lime, bath salt and peppery scented fruits with youthful vitality bursting from the glass. The palate is then dry and lightweight – floral fruits are silky in texture with crisp acidity again showcasing youthful vitality, and supporting a long finish. While still a little closed, there is no doubt this wine has plenty more to offer in the coming years as a refreshing dry white.
