Penny’s Hill The Abstracts Grenache 2024

A thoroughly beautiful example of McLaren Vale Grenache which sources its fruit from Blewitt Springs and Seaview from vineyards that are now more than 50 years old. It’s a bright and deliciously vibrant Grenache, that is right in the modern wheelhouse for this variety. Some whole bunches are included in the ferments to bring some mid palate complexity. The textural feel comes from time on lees in tanks, so this is very much about capturing the essential bright fruit elements of this variety.
