A sweet fruited Shiraz with high appeal to many Aussie Shiraz drinkers. It’s intended to be opened upon release, hence, everything is forthright and raring to go from the generous level of alcohol (14%ABV), the ripeness of fruit and the generosity of flavour. Comes chock full of cassis, black fruits and plums, a handful of baking spices including clove and cinnamon, chocolate and black liquorice notes with star anise. Ripe tannins sit discreetly throughout, allowing the plump, ripe flavours to take centre stage.
