Pioneer Road Malbec 2022

A deeply flavoured Malbec from the Langhorne Creek region, this is a gleaming purple. Ripe, intense and with big, rich, powerful flavours, there are plums, blackcurrants, leather, soy and licorice. This is no shrinking violet. It finishes with some sour cherry notes on a lingering conclusion. A wine of serious length with fine tannins. An impressive Malbec, full of flavour, it will provide pleasure for the next eight to ten years.
