Pipers Tasmania Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Share

The whole package of Sauvignon Blanc is wrapped up here. From blackberry leaf, shiso and yellow plum. Pineapple leaf, lemon jam and manuka honey. Some wildy yellow citrus zest plays nicely with tropical fruit, some nutmeg and cinnamon too. A touch of fuzzy grip on the front palate that ends with a slurry of acidity and overtones of honeydew melon. Plenty to love and pay attention to in this wine. Good value to boot. Drink now with spears of asparagus and hollandaise.
