Cat Out Of The Bag Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Share

A modest Sauvignon Blanc that swaps the grape’s usual herbaceous exuberance for a more sedate and food-friendly approach. As a result, it shows good balance and versatility at the table.

Which is not to suggest that drinkers won’t immediately recognise the varietal signature. Gooseberry tart, ripe stone fruits with citrus fills the bouquet.

Light tropical fruits with a touch of the grape’s herbal pop bring it all together on the palate. A textural component raises it above the average.
