Pizzini Fiano 2025

Share

This features a quiet opening with gentle notes of almond, green apple, melon and shaved fennel. It unfurls and lifts with air, building the aforementioned notes with the addition of subtle brininess. The palate opens with bitter tones of green apple skin and green almond, followed by lemon, just-ripe green pear, fennel and a whisper of tonic water, while the finish is brightened and elongated by a good surge of citrusy acidity. A lovely bitter-toned and bright expression offering good value at $25.
