Precious Little Clare Valley Riesling 2023

Mock orange blooms, lime sherbert and homemade lemonade. Chrysanthemum tea, star fruit and bronze fennel frond. A touch of margarita salt salinity, pine lime and pandan. This has hints of tropical notes wrapped in slatey minerality and finishing bone dry. A lovely modern example of Clare Valley with a bounty of fruit and liberally targeted acidity. Drink now and will cellar 8-10 years. A wine perfect for a cold prawn sando.
