Minimal batch winemaking, Burgundian approach. Love seeing pinot that has spent some time maturing in the bottle. Delicate aromas of smoky cherry, charcuterie and dried cranberry. This is light on it’s feet in terms of texture, but intense with forest floor and some darker, earthy notes on the finish. Match with Peking Duck pancakes.
