The Planta Circa 2024 Grenache is a beast; strong, muscular, focussed and far from ready to enjoy. It only hints right now at its potential whispering coal fire, morello cherry, with old leather lined with savoury stalky tones and touches of spice. Immense volume of high impact flavour showcasing old vines to follow while retaining a steely focus all wrapped up with quite serious tannins. The mix of power and detail is very impressive and will surely star after at least ten years in the cellar.
