Sauvignon Blanc is the enduring pop star of Adelaide Hills white wines, its hook well and truly driven by wild and exotic aromas, here in tell all themes of passionfruit, a brush of tomato bush, a waft of boronia and daphne florals – all not shy in coming forward in expressing the variety’s calling-card attractions. The palate follows much the same script in terms of aromatic flavours with a mouth-watering splash of lime juice acidity and fine pithiness.
