Precious Little Clare Valley Riesling 2023

From the Auburn sub-region in the Clare Valley, off twenty-five year old vines, with a long and cool ferment in stainless steel. The colour is a very pale lemon with aromas of spices, lemon, fresh lime pie, florals and minerals dominate, most notably a lovely lime-y note, which permeates the wine from first sip to last. An appealing line of acidity, with focus and length whilst the intensity never lets up. Seriously good Riesling, that will drink well for at least the next ten to twelve years.
