Riversdale Estate NV Brut Reserve

Nicely executed sparkling from Australia’s premier sparkling wine region. The three-way blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier was aged 30 months on lees and comes to the glass light blush in colour, fine in bead and lively fresh. White flowers, acacia, honeysuckle, lemon, strawberry with bready notes and the enticing whiff of oyster shell. Freshness combines with complexity on a palate built on cool climate Tassie acidity. Fills with flavours of baked bread, baked apple, citrus, white peach and spice. Impressive.
