Riversdale Estate Scorpio Pinot Noir 2023

This wine comes from Riversdale Estate’s Zodiac range, Independent and stubborn apparently the discerning features. It is largely red fruited with pomegranate seed, redcurrants, and Morello cherries. A Szechwan pepper spice with tobacco leaf, rooibos tea and bayleaf. Bright and crunchy, it’s animated and youthful with tannins that are supple and silky.  Medium weighted, this wine is in its prime and will cellar for 2-3 years. Best served with woodfire pizza and good friends.
