Rosenthal Richings Chardonnay 2021

This is another exceptional chardonnay which the boys source from Pemberton. Gets the tender love and care from the start. Handpicking, whole bunch pressing and barrel fermentation with a small amount of wild yeast for about four months. Retains a delicate precision yet there is penetrating flavour here through to its finish. Dry slightly lip-smacking finish.
