The ancient winery dates back to 1528 and is located in Villa di Villa in the North East of Italy, with organic certification since 2016. Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Vintage Brut 2021 is celebratory from the first pop of the cork. A wash of pear purée, green apple sorbet and lime sherbet. Hints of white lilies and lemon pith on the palate, the bead is fine and delicate and it finishes with a crisp freshness. An elegant style of Prosecco full of class.
