A famous name in the history of the Barossa and this was a very good vintage for shiraz. It’s a medium to full-bodied wine sourced from Barossa and the cooler Eden Valleys. It has such beautiful poise resulting in a wonderfully presented palate. Loads of supple mulberry and plummy fruits with a subtle splash of dried herbs and spices. There’s a dusty, slightly chalky character which gives the palate a delightful mouth feel.
