Savaterre ‘Le bon Vivant’ Rose 2019

Vibrant pink with an orange hue. The palate is slippery, textural and savoury, suggesting a more grown up rose. Chalky texture combines with bright red fruits and juicy acid. Citrus peel phenolics lead to a mealy drying finish, hints of savoury dried mushroom adding some earthy notes. This wine begs for food.
