Schild Estate Shiraz 2020

Share

Select parcels from three vineyards, the wine is deeply pigmented and dense with youthful aromas of blackberry, wild raspberry and mulberry. Crushed black peppercorn, bay leaf and woody rosemary stem. Velvety tannins and crunchy red berried acidity with dark chocolate, black cherry and clove studs. It’s really coming into its own, this wine was carefully cellared and released later for good reason. Concentrated and flavourful, it drinks now or will cellar for another 5 years. This is calling for beef and Guinness pie.
