See Saw Fulcra Pinot Noir 2021

Share

Sourced from two mighty high vineyards in Orange: the Springvale vineyard is 800m in elevation, the Balmoral vineyard is 900m. And, yes, if you were wondering all batches underwent malolactic fermentation to help soften those inevitable high-altitude acid edges. The result is a lean, linear expression of the grape with a running line of fine tannins and expressive, concentrated red fruits. Sour cherry, rhubarb, earthy kind of Pinot with excellent herbal interplay throughout. The middle palate is where it really opens up, fruit revealing good concentration and depth.
