Seppeltsfield ‘The Northing’ Barossa Shiraz 2019

Share

The prized district of Marananga is on full display here in this powerful and complex expression of Barossa Shiraz. It’s a bold and muscular style with deep set blackberry, black cherry and baked earth aromas supported by balanced, coffee grounds scented oak. The most well structured of the ‘Grounds’ range, there is a bed of fine yet firm tannins under a core of dark and brooding fruits which drives a long and strong finish. It’s big for sure but those quality tannins keep it all in focus and promise plenty over the next decade.
