Serafino Bellissimo Tempranillo 2021

Captures so much of the character of this Spanish variety. McLaren Vale’s capacity to produce plump and fleshy fruit is ideal for Tempranillo which is so much about plush fruitiness in this style. Plenty of spicy fruit throughout with a mix of cherry and raspberry providing the primary flavour impact. Supple medium body with excellent structure supported by grainy tannins.
