For a wine of such youthful exuberance, to be named after the Patron Saint of Youth makes a lot of sense. It is a beautifully crafted wine of balance, restraint and poise. Juicy plummy Shiraz complements the first black fruits of the Cabernet. It has a distinctive pepper palate character with a faint hint of sage. Seamless and perfectly integrated with fine chalky tannins driving it through to a long finish.
