Shadowfax Pinot Noir 2024

Share

A wine that invites you into the Shadowfax world with beckoning gestures. The wine opens with a few swirls and extends the dark cherries, mulberries and Acai fruit out towards you. There is a treasure of aromatic spice both from soil, oak and whole berry. Some bright sparks of raspberries too, tannins are sandy and well integrated. This is an excellent value and a balanced representation of Macedon Pinot Noir made with care and attention to detail. Drink with duck pancakes, or beef and back bean stir fry.
