Astoundingly complex aromatics of freshly baked bread, spiced nuts, black cherry and crème caramel. This wine is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, and has spent a minimum of 5 years on its yeast lees. Layered and complex, plenty of detail and sophistication here – an incredibly well made and complete wine. Would be just gorgeous with a seafood bisque or seared duck breast with cherries. Very impressive.
