Sidewood The Mad Cat Rosé 2024

Share

A 100% Shiraz Rosé, harvested at a specifically early stage of ripeness to fit and deliver a pleasingly unique depth and texture for a Rosé style wine. Glossy pink with blueish sheen, then aromas reflecting the colour – rose petal and pale strawberry – before washing into a refreshing palate that suggests more of the same plus watermelon juiciness. The extras here are about a lightly weighted, subtle grip in the palate, and Shiraz motivated white peppery spice throughout. A more complex Rosé wine that is most suited to join a summery luncheon table.
