A vivacious, tropical and aromatically charged skin-contact white that is easy to love, and a shining example of a style that gets far too much shit thrown at it. Canned pineapple, mandarin juice, kiwi fruit, custard apple and raw quince. In the mouth, there is great interplay between acid and grippy phenolics, as well as a raw beauty that brings novelty and excitement. It is generous and open-weaved, with clawing, sticky fruit, good presence and power. It makes complete sense alongside Chinese food and will comfortably handle sweetness, sourness and protein.
