Smith and Hooper Pinot Grigio 2021

A neat expression of this variety from the cool climate region of Wrattonbully. Aromas of fresh green apple and a hint of spice. The palate is dry and crisp with an apple and pear thing happening. Just a little of that varietal mush character. This is just right for current drinking, but that bright acidity should ensure it can handle a couple of extra years.
