Sorby Adams Arago Cabernet Shiraz 2019

Adams gets a little serious here with a wine that is made to his distinctive style requiring ripe fruit laced with oak, which in this case is 30 months of which 30% was new. But it never seems excessively oaky, thanks to the power and concentration of the fruit. Deep, dark and concentrated with lush flavours coating the palate and then heading off into the distance for a long finish.
