Sorby Adams Isolde Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Love this polished and classy Barossa Cabernet. In good years Cabernet shines in the Barossa and this was a good year. Loads of dark black fruits on the nose and palate. Further richness comes from the chocolaty and dark saturated plummy characters. It’s remarkably silky and sublimely smooth. I could drink a bit of this.
