After the diabolical difficulties of 2020, winemakers licked their lips when the fruit from the Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley started to cross the weigh bridge, especially for Riesling. And this is a wonderful example of the quality of Riesling coming from the high altitudes of Eden Valley in 2021. The aromas are distinctly lemon zest and a touch of grapefruit edginess. The palate is crisp and keen with a lingering lemon acidity. This is thoroughly delicious now but will go on for many years in the cellar.
